The Criminal Investigation Department is currently interrogating Mr. Dulangali Premadasa, the sister of opposition leader Mr. Sajith Premadasa, and former MP Hirunika Premachandra regarding the burning of President Ranil Wickramasinghe’s house at Kollupitiya.
It is related to organizing a protest in front of the house and calling people to the place before the house was set on fire that day.
