Since the payment was made yesterday for a diesel ship, the landing has begun today after arriving the ship says Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara.
He said the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation had entered into a 1 year agreement to obtain jet fuel.
The first consignment will receive during bthe days between August 12-14.
Minister said that the advance payments have been made for another petrol and a diesel ship.
