The President has issued an extraordinary gazette notice placing 3 more institutions under the Ministry of Investment Promotion.
The institutions were previously under the ministries of Defence, Urban Development and Housing.
Accordingly, Rakna Security Lanka Company Limited, Selendiva Investment Limited and Hotel Developers (Lanka) Company have been placed under the Ministry of Investment Promotion.
The position of Investment Promotion Minister is held by businessman Dhammika Perera.
