Minister of Power and Energy Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera said that to overcome the current fuel crisis in the country, it was decided to bring in a petrol ship at a higher price before the 22nd.
The minister said in the parliament today (6) that related advance payments were also made.
Accordingly, by the coming 13th, a supplier has come forward to bring a ship carrying a cargo of petrol to Sri Lanka.
