Ready to give the Prime Ministership to Anura – Ranil

Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe said today in Parliament that he is ready to give the Prime Ministership to MP Anura Kumara Dissanayake who says that the country can be built in six months.

Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe said that the program presented by him should be clearly presented to the Parliament.

“I request the president to remove the cabinet and appoint Mr. Anura Dissanayake as the prime minister. There is no need to go to the streets and protest. There is no need for any street march. What we need to do is to meet the parliament on Thursday and Friday and discuss this program.” The Prime Minister said here.

He also said that if anyone is able to recover from the economic crisis that the country has fallen into within six months, that person can be given the Nobel Prize.

The Prime Minister also stated that Sri Lanka is not a developing country but a bankrupt country.

Therefore, the Sri Lankan government held discussions with the International Monetary Fund standing from that limit, he continued.

The Prime Minister also said that he was not alone in conducting international or domestic negotiations.
