Former President Maithripala Sirisena, the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) says that the present government must be changed to provide solutions to the crises facing the country.
He says that without doing so, solutions to existing crises cannot be found.
He said there were requests from many groups to form a new government to address the existing problems.
Former President Maithripala Sirisena further stated that the current crisis cannot be solved by temporary solutions.
