Education Minister Susil Premajayantha has revealed that preparations are underway to hold this August’s GCE Advanced Level examination between October and November this year.
This was mentioned while participating in a special central meeting held today.
The Minister stated that the scholarship examination is ready to be held before the beginning of the year 2023.
The Minister also emphasized that schools could be held until December 22 and 24 this year. The Minister said that in consultation with all parties in the field of education, it is hoped to create a background in schools to cover the 2022 syllabus by providing the maximum number of days of education to the children.
