Habaraduwa police have arrested a member of the Habaraduwa Pradeshiya Sabha and his brother today for attacking and damaging the Opposition Leader (UNP) of the Habaraduwa Pradeshiya Sabha Lionel Ippalawatte’s jeep.
The attack took place on the 9th of this month.
The police stated that the Pradeshiya Sabha Member arrested in connection with the attack is a member of the SJB who has been elected to the Pradeshiya Sabha representing the UNP.
