The Ministry of Health states that the vaccination of the 4th dose (2nd booster) for the people aged more than 60 years will be started from Monday (9).
Health Minister Professor Channa Jayasumanuwanna stated that the vaccination of the 4th dose is compulsory to the people aged more than 60 years.
He also said that individuals between the ages of 20 and 60 can obtain the vaccine if necessary.
