Importers of milk powder have requested the Consumer Affairs Authority to increase the price of imported milk powder.
Accordingly, importers request to increase the price of a kilo of milk powder by 600 rupees and the price of a 400 gram packet of milk powder by 260 rupees.
If the price of milk powder is increased according to this request, the new price of a kilo of milk powder will be 1945 rupees.
The new price of a 400 gram packet of milk powder will increase to 800 rupees.
