The newspaper also points out that a positive response can be expected from both countries to end the war on the basis of 15 temporary facts.
According to the newspaper, discussions have been held on the need for Ukraine to reject its NATO membership and to agree to suspend the establishment of foreign military bases.
However, Russian media reported that the Russian government had refrained from confirming or denying the facts of this report.
