The All Ceylon Bakery Owners’ Association which met this afternoon has decided to increase the price of a 450g loaf of bread by 30 rupees and other bakery products by 10 rupees.
Accordingly, all bakery products will be on the rise from midnight today, said the President of the All Ceylon Bakery Owners’ Association, Mr. N. K. Jayawardena.
Accordingly the price of a loaf of bread will increase up to Rs. 110-130.
