The IOC has increased petrol and diesel prices with effect from midnight today (10).
Accordingly, the price of a liter of petrol has been increased by Rs. 50 and the price of a liter of diesel by Rs. 75.
Prior to this, Lanka IOC had increased the price of diesel by Rs. 15 per liter and petrol by Rs. 20 per liter at midnight on February 25.
Accordingly, from that day onwards the price of a liter of 92 octane petrol was Rs. 204 and a liter of IOC auto diesel was Rs. 139. But from midnight today, the price of a liter of petrol will be increased up to Rs. 254 and a liter of diesel will be increased up to Rs. 214.
This is the third time in two months that Lanka IOC has increased petrol and diesel prices.
