Energy Minister Gamini Lokuge said the steady fuel supply could be ensured by next week.
He said the present energy crisis could be resolved by then as a result.
The Minister said the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) was in possession of 20, 000 tons of fuel at the moment. Besides, another shipment of 32,000 tons has arrived.
“We will see no more fuel queues next week,” he said.
