The Cabinet has approved extending the validity of tourist visas of Russian and Ukrainian nationals in Sri Lanka by two months.
The move comes amid ongoing conflicts in Russia and Ukraine.
It is said that there are about 4,000 Ukrainian tourists in Sri Lanka at present.
