PAFFREL states that legal action will be taken for not holding the Provincial Council elections as scheduled.
Its executive director Rohana Hettiarachchi said his lawyers were working to take the necessary action.
PAFFREL says that although the government has talked about holding provincial council elections on several occasions, they are not trying to hold elections.
