The Navy has intercepted a multi-day trawler carrying 300 kilos of narcotics from Pakistan to Sri Lanka in the deep sea.
According to information received by the State Intelligence Service and the Police Narcotics Bureau, the raid was carried out as a joint operation.
It is said that there are 06 persons in the multi-day trawler and they have been arrested by the officers of the Police Narcotics Bureau who are currently patrolling in the naval trawler involved in the raid.
