A Chinese expert will visit Sri Lanka to inspect the generator at the Norochcholai coal power plant, which is currently inactive, said Ceylon Electricity Board Chairman, Mr. M. M. C. Ferdinando.
He hoped that the generator would be repaired soon and an electricity capacity of 300 MW would be added to the national grid soon.
He also said that the current situation regarding power supply will be resolved to a large extent with that.
