Foreign Minister Prof. G. L. Peiris addressed the 5th Indian Ocean Summit in Abu Dhabi. Dr. G. L. Peiris also held a discussion with the Minister of External Affairs of India Jayashankar.
Bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and India were discussed at the meeting.
The discussion focused on economic cooperation, cultural activities as well as individual initiatives and joint ventures of regional organizations.
