External Affairs Minister GL Peiris Mr. Peiris attends the 21st Ministers’ Meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) in Dhaka.
Accordingly, he will pay an official visit to Dhaka, Bangladesh in the next 15-18.
The Minister is scheduled to attend the 21st Council of Ministers (COM) of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), where Sri Lanka will hold the post of Vice President of the IORA for the period 2021-2023.
The COM will be held before the Committee of Senior Officials (CSO) meeting.
During the meeting, Minister Peiris is expected to discuss issues of mutual interest.
