The government has announced the revision of liquor prices after the proposed tax in the budget.
Accordingly,
The Excise Department says that the price will increase for Foreign liquor (750 ml) by Rs. 126, Wine (750 ml) by Rs. 14.40, Beer (330 ml – 5% less) by Rs. 3, Beer (330 ml – 5% more) by Rs. By 14.96, Local alcohol – type 01 (750 ml) by Rs. 96 and 2 other local alcohols (750 ml) by Rs. 103 each.
