Agriculture Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage today lodged a complaint with the CID seeking a formal inquiry into a statement made by SJB MP Patali Champika Ranawaka alleging fraud in importing nano nitrogen liquid fertilizer from India.
Minister Mahindananda Aluthgamage states that no fraud has taken place in the importation of nano nitrogen liquids. If there is a fraud, MP Patali Champika should point it out to the CID now and if he fails to show it, legal action will be taken against him in the future, the Minister said.
